    This can be a time of great excitement but you might also have many questions about what to eat, how much or how frequently to ensure you feel energised and healthy.

    We provide tailored plans for each trimester of pregnancy to best support your changing nutritional needs during this pivotal time in your life where you are not only nourishing yourself but also your growing baby.

    We also provide supplement assessments in collaboration with your obstetric and birth team.

    Symptom management

    During pregnancy your body goes through so many significant changes to support the growth of your baby. Although this is an amazing process it can come with some pretty challenging symptoms like nausea, vomiting, reflux, poor appetite, fullness and bowel changes which can all make it so difficult to eat well and meet all your nutritional needs.

    We provide support and guidance to help manage these symptoms and maximise your nutrition in the process to avoid severe deficiencies.

  • Each trimester is unique and that’s why we offer regular reviews to keep you nourished and to support the optimal growth and development of your baby. As you go through your pregnancy you will likely experience new symptoms that will change the way that you eat and the types of foods you want to eat. That’s why we are there, supporting you, no matter your stage of pregnancy.

  • The fourth trimester can feel very overwhelming as you take care of your new baby’s needs and figure out the art of sleep. We are here to support you during this time to feel your best and give you easy nourishing strategies to meet all your nutrition targets.
